In the heart of historic Pleasant Hill Missouri and built in 1903 for the Missouri Pacific Railroad the Depot was called “the finest in the state”.
The upper South East end with approximately 55×25 ft of open space is available to rent. Adjoining space next door is available for an additional fee.
Weekend Rates:
$400 afternoon { 9am ~ 3pm }
$600 evening {4pm ~ Midnight}
$900 for the whole day
